Terms of Service

Effective July 7, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Vamped.ai (Ontario, Canada). By creating an account or using vamped.ai, you agree to them. If you use Vamped.ai on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

2. The service

Vamped.ai generates local SEO content for your business on a recurring schedule — articles, content strategy, Google Business Profile material, and related analytics. Content is delivered to your dashboard and by email for you to review and publish.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the business information you provide — it is the raw material your content is generated from.

4. Subscription and billing

Vamped.ai is a monthly subscription of USD $149, charged when you subscribe and on each monthly renewal thereafter, processed by Stripe.
There is no free trial and no long-term contract.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate or refund partial months.
If a renewal payment fails, we may pause content generation until billing is resolved.

5. Your content and ownership

Every article and piece of content generated for your account is yours. You may publish, edit, and reuse it freely, including after you cancel. You grant us only the license needed to generate, store, and deliver it to you.

6. Google integrations

You may optionally connect Google sign-in and Google Search Console. You can disconnect them at any time from your dashboard or from your Google account settings. Our handling of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vamped.ai to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes others’ rights, and not to resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Content review and no ranking guarantees

Content is generated by AI from the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it and for its compliance with laws that apply to your business (including advertising and industry-specific rules). Search rankings depend on many factors outside our control — we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vamped.ai’s total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 5, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
