Who we are
Vamped.ai (“we”, “us”) provides local SEO content software for small businesses, operated from Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email us at support@vamped.ai.
Information you provide
- Account details: your email address and password (or Google sign-in), managed through our authentication provider.
- Business profile: your business name, what you do, services, service area, target keywords, and your answers to the strategy interview. This is the raw material your content is generated from.
- Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — we keep only your subscription status and billing history references.
Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to create and secure your account.
If you connect Google Search Console, we request read-only access (the “webmasters.readonly” scope) to the search performance data of the site you choose: queries, clicks, impressions, and average positions. We use this data solely to show you your own search performance in your dashboard and to automatically steer your content plan (for example, spotting queries where your site is close to page one, or pages whose traffic is declining). We never modify anything in your Search Console account.
Vamped.ai’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to provide the features above, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice.
- Humans do not read this data except with your permission, for security purposes, or where required by law.
- You can disconnect Google at any time from your dashboard, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we delete the stored access tokens.
How we use your information
- To generate your content: your business profile and interview answers are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write your articles, Google Business Profile posts, and related content. Anthropic does not train its models on this data.
- To run the service: delivering your weekly content, showing analytics, sending your email digest, and processing billing.
- To support you: responding when you contact us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of providers to run Vamped.ai, each receiving only what they need: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (content generation), Vercel (hosting), and Google (sign-in and Search Console, if you connect them).
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. If you cancel, your content library remains available to you unless you ask us to delete it. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@vamped.ai and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Security
Your data is stored with providers that encrypt data in transit and at rest. Access tokens for connected services are stored server-side and are never exposed to your browser or other users.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you by email or in the dashboard before the changes take effect.
